    A Fighter To The Finish
Hrithik Roshan shows maturity and depth in Fighter. A big wow to the film and the protagonist. Can't remember when I last felt a pang that the film was over and the lights came on to shake me out of my patriotic reverie and Jai Hind zeal.

My only regret was that just as the credits ended and audiences stood to leave, the screen came alive with the sexiest number of the movie Ishq Jaisa Kuch with Deepika Padukone and Hrithik in super toned glistening physiques.

Belonging to a background of the armed forces (General Jamwal was a decorated hero in the Army), I feel doubly proud that Sam Bahadur and Fighter wonderfully present the armed forces and infuse a sense of pride and honour for our military. All the supporting actors were great but when there is Hrithik - who could give Hollywood heroes a run for their money - forgive me for forgetting all else present!

The movie is contextual and about the enduring Indo-Pak situation. What makes it gripping is the intertwining of real-life situations like Pulwama and Balkot, skirmishes, and espionage.

Believe it or not, I didn't look at my phone even once - that's how ripping Fighter is. I'd definitely watch it more than once.

His despondancy at his rejection by his senior officer- his undying urge to circumvent his ego and triumph over his inner demons makes him the fighter who comes back to the cockpit when he sees impending failure of a mission- his disobedience- all of it is in character and I find the depth and buildup of his personna one of the winning points of this movie.

    Nisha JamVwal.

A movie that can only be watched once.
The movie was really nice. The backgrounds in every were incredible. The first half was both interesting and emotional. And the second half was very fast and seemed incomplete. The overall acting of the actors was probably nice. Ritik roshan has done a great job portraying the Character ,Deepika Padukone's portrayal of girl power as the only female pilot in the movie was incredible, while Anil Kapoor also acted superbly. The movie was well-made and should be seen in a theater setting The VFX was outstanding. The storyline was straightforward and focused on the content. The scene play of fighter planes was incredible and well directed by the director.
