    Surprisingly funny
Yes, it was locker room humor of the junior high era however, Michael Peña has so much talent that I just couldn't stop enjoying this film. It had great action scenes -if a bit on the gory side as well. But it was also so obviously tongue-in-cheek that it was just funny.

I have to say for the most part this type of comedy has not appealed to me in the past, especially Farely Brothers and Adam Sandler material. I can't even get through these types of films anymore. Not sure why this one drew me in, but I did enjoy it in spite of its flaws and crude humor, I probably would never watch it again, but I did actually laugh out loud in more than one scene. Dax is completely believable as a totally brain dead dude with replacement body parts if he was acting and he's really got more intelligent than that then it was a commendable effort if he was just playing himself, it was a commendable effort I liked him in spite of what a doofus he came across as in the script. It was part of the charm of the movie, and the chemistry between Peña and Dax was enjoyable.

    Chips
I actually was pleasantly surprised by this and enjoyed it more than I thought I would. It's super goofy and corny but is still pretty funny and fun to watch. It's worth watching for sure.
