passed the time - nothing more
I wanted to enjoy this. Looked great. But it turned out to be a bit run of the mill.

The characters were not likeable enough - apart from maybe the scientist - didn't really feel invested in them.

Sutherland was under used and underdeveloped.

There was action. The beginnings of a compelling storyline. It just felt cold and as such hard to get emotionally involved.

If you like action movies, maybe with a bit of morals stuff thrown in, I'd consider giving it a go. Theres not too much originality though, but it pootles along and is enjoyable enough.

Now theres some space to fill for the review.

    Good Acting & Good Story
After seeing the overall rating in here and checking some reviews, I couldn't stop myself to add my own review. Through and through this is a very satisfying adventure for a real soldier with a real family who was being left alone. Once he is voluntarily discharged without any income, obviously he turned in to private security firms. Just because his previous chief in command is in ties with one company he goes for that one and without knowing gets in to dark side as well. To me this story is very promising one even with a sequel, and in these days may be with a series, who knows? The cast, their acting are just the cream on top. I can easily say I haven't watched anything this serious for sometime. The last similar piece I watched was The Killer from Netflix. And while it is having 6.8 this one cannot be below 8/10. The previous commenters were talking about how slow this one starts, but compared to the Killer, this one only prepares the viewers with what is going to come next. All in all, I am really happy that I watched this work. Thank you all for your efforts.
