Witcher in Dragon Ball Z clothes
They took the script from Andrzej. They took the music style from the game. That's already 50 % to make a great production.

But then they took the characteristic voice of Dijkstra from the Series and gave it to Deglan which really brought a weird and misplaced déjà-vu feeling. And then they gave the visuals to some Dragon Ball Z artists (sorry for my ignorance!) who clearly haven't bothered even looking at what visuals CDPR gate to Witcher and that made it a success.

As a fan of the Witcher lore, the games and the Series that are getting better with each season, I really had to force myself to watch this.

This brand deserves some quality standards such as Lucas gave to Star Wars. Without that we'll have Netflix cashing out and hollowing out the brand until the point that we won't even know what Witcher is any more. For only this latter fact only I felt I must add -3 to this *not sure how to call it*.

    Total: 2/10.

Decent anime prequel to the live-action Witcher series
I have never read the books, nor have I played the games. I've seen the first and second season of the Witcher on Netflix, which I enjoyed very much. And since I love to watch a fair share of anime from time to time, this seemed right up my alley. It didn't disappoint. The animation is great, the story is cool and gives you a bit of background in one of the more interesting characters of season 2 of the live action series.

I wasn't completely overwhelmed, though. The voice acting was weird and for some reason the music volume was much louder than the rest, which made it very difficult to hear what characters were saying during the more action packed scenes.

I think I would've enjoyed it more if it was a bit longer. It felt rushed, especially near the end.
