    Maybe more for kids
I grew up in the era when the wayans were everywhere and really popular, but tbh I think they got lucky as they sort of faded away, I used to love Marlon but he's so embarrassingly bad if I was his friend I'd be saying stay behind the camera or retire, from haunted mansion to other parodies to his sitcom the guy has lost it, his acting in this is so amateur and weak I wanted to turn off.

He seemed to be a middle aged guy trying to play 75 years old with these fake over reactions and noises it was really just poor. The family had no chemistry, Kelly was there for name value and the young girl was extremely weak, it may entertain younger kids but adults won't think it's good. It annoys me how many decent things Netflix scraps to make stuff like this.

Kelly is a baker in this but openly hates on her own food just to get some shots in at vegans. Also the one thing that weirdly still seems accepted is why Marlon can continually use white jokes to insult white people? Does it not work both ways. The jokes make no sense to.

It's unfunny, boring and just weak.

    Homey don't play that.....
A father and his teenage daughter Sydney are forced to team up and save their town after an ancient and mischievous spirit causes Halloween decorations to come to life and wreak havoc.

Sydney learns that their house has a haunted history, and she finds an old lantern that accidentally unleashes the curse that soon sweeps across the whole town of Bridge Hollow.

If you are a fan of the original Goosebumps movie, and the work of Joe Dante, you will find this movie a lot of fun. It's a pretty good concept and Marlon Wayans is always a good screen presence, despite some of the films he's been in have been questionable.

It's a family film first and foremost, and it's just the right amount of scary so everyone in your house can enjoy it.

It's not the greatest film in the world, but it's a Halloween film for the family, and there are not many of those about, unless you want to see Bette Midler as a witch again and again......and again.
