Lots of tension, but also really dumb at times.
Is true what they're saying, there's a lot of tension in this movie. A lot of the tension comes from their adventure on the tower, climbing up and trying to get down. And the views won't help to ease the tension. Lol. I only gave this movie a 5 because there were many times that these girls did dumb things to try to save themselves, and other times they failed to do the obvious that would have gotten them to saved. And the opening scene was also full of dumb unrealistic things that a mountain climber would not do unless they're absolutely intentionally reckless. So it lost a lot of realism right from the start. The movie did get better, but then the other dumb things happened. Knowing what I know about the movie, I would probably would not have watched it. On the other hand, it's not the worst movie I've seen.

just another overhyped movie TikTok recommended
This movie got a lot of hype on TikTok, but just like any movie that is going viral on TikTok, it was mid. There were good aspects about it, things that were perfectly good. But also aspects that were just so unbelievable. The good things were the way height was portrayed, I don't have a fear of heights but during this movie my palms got a little sweaty sometimes. I got a little feeling in my stomach and I think that was a good thing. The character development of Becky. We can really see how she's overcoming her fear, but on the other side, survival instinct kicks in so I guess everyone would fight for their lives. The most unbelievable parts in this movie was their super human strength. When Becky fell down, ain't no way Hunter saved her by quickly putting her 1 hand around the ROUND pole. I mean even if it was just Hunter falling down she couldn't have held on to the ROUND pole. I also thought there was no chemistry between Hunter and Becky, that's why it wasn't really a shocker for me that Hunter died, i was like well idc she wasn't likeable anyways. If there was an actual bond or friendship between the two well yes it would have been sad. Now she was just a girl her dead husband cheated on her with for 4 months. MID Movie, loved Grace Caroline Currey tho.
